Cancellation Policy
Only those orders/items that have not been shipped can be cancelled online or through the Helpdesk reachable at contact@jardinbeauty.in. In case of Cancellation of Order/ Item, the money paid by the customer shall be refunded to the same.
Return Policy
You may choose a return or refund if an item is found defective or unusable. This is when it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe (please ensure you read nail polish and nail care ingredients listing before purchase), is significantly different from the description, and doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. Please email a clear photograph and details of the major problem so we can investigate. We may choose to either refund or replace the item(s) at our discretion.
